Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person role for married couples) live on-campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, and provide care, supervision, and development support for groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a consistent home assignment. Requires two-year married status, age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate with benefits including health, retirement, paid time off, and relocation assistance.
