Job Summary
Two-person married couple needed to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. They reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students, including supervising daily routines, scheduling, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initial nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person around $44,768 (approximately $168,000 total per couple with housing and meals), comprehensive health benefits, retirement savings, paid time off, and relocation assistance with training. Required Qualifications

- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
