Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. The position requires a legally married couple (two years of marriage minimum) to reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule across multiple student homes, with eventual placement into a fixed student home.
