Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Youth Development Specialist for Milton Hershey School serves as a Full-time Flex Houseparent in a two-person couple, living in on-campus student homes to supervise and guide 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; eventually transitions to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students.
