Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation around $168,000 per couple, relocation assistance, comprehensive health benefits, retirement options, and paid time off. Qualifications require experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, and a two-year married status for both spouses, who must be at least 27 years old; the role is on-campus and requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive student vans, along with lifting up to 50 lbs and maintaining a smoke- and weapon-free campus environment.
