Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 8–13 students to foster academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and supporting different student homes on a rotating nine-on/three-off schedule before transitioning to a placed Houseparent role with a consistent home.
