Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Youth Development Specialist roles for married couples who will reside on-campus at Milton Hershey School, providing care, supervision, and developmental support to a group of 8–13 students across a nine-on, three-off schedule, with transition to a placed houseparent in a dedicated student home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, leading devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and facilitating developmental/recreational activities. Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years, both aged 27 or older, and able to meet on-campus housing and safety requirements; relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are included.
