Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents to live in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students and providing care, guidance, supervision, and support. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Relocation to Hershey, PA.
