Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple roles as Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students in on-site homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning/developing developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required and relocation assistance is provided; benefits include comprehensive health 보험, retirement options, time off, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for married couples
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Committment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Ability to relocate to Hershey, PA (relocation assistance provided)
