Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in student homes and supervise 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support to foster academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-consecutive-days-on schedule followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person around $46,917 (approximately $180,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans, experience working or volunteering with youth, and a requirement that both spouses be legally married for at least two years and age 27 or older.
