Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Youth Development Specialist - Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. This two-person, married-couple role involves residing in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of approximately 8–13 students, fostering academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from initial nine-days-on/three-days-off duties to a Placed Houseparent assignment with the same group of students.
