Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Youth Development Specialist sought as a two-person, married couple team to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, guidance, and support for 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel. The role starts with a nine-on/three-off duty schedule and may transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students.
