Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and support to foster academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed houseparent living with the same student group. Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to drive student home vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
