Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent couple needed to live on-campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, providing supervision, guidance, and daily care for a group of 8–13 students in an on-site home. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions and accompanying Sunday Chapel, and overseeing household budgeting and reporting. The role starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and can transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided. A high school diploma or GED is required; valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are needed; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old. The position emphasizes a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and prohibits alcohol while on duty.
