Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School for married couples. Live on campus in student homes (8–13 students per home) providing care, supervision, mentorship, medications administration, transportation to activities, and facilitating daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Initial nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group. Salary per person is $44,768 with comprehensive benefits; relocation assistance provided. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with ability to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Both spouses must be age 27 or older and apply individually; two-year marriage minimum and up to three dependent children allowed in the home.

- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Ability to lead students in devotions and accompany them to Sunday Chapel services

- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years

- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Must be able to relocate to Hershey, PA or reside on campus
