Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in a two-person married couple role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, providing care, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three off to a placed houseparent in the same student home.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Legally married for at least two years
- Two spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
