Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students; responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting; initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students; relocation assistance and paid training provided; requires high school diploma or GED, married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and compliance with campus conduct policies.
