Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Youth Development Specialist role for married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on an on-campus student home in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of 8–13 students, supervising household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions, accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, with a phased workload that starts nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, and eventual placement into a consistent student-home setting. Requires experience with youth, a legally married two-person pair (both spouses aged 27+, high school diploma or GED), a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, willingness to relocate to on-campus housing in Hershey, PA, and adherence to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Offers relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and a total compensation of approximately $168,000 per couple (salary per person $44,768).
