Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role on Milton Hershey School’s on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, fostering academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities, planning and leading development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and following a nine-days-on / three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent living with the same students.
