Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes in Brookville, IN, to provide care, supervision, and mentorship for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule initially consists of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group in their own student home. Benefits include salary of $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid time off. Requires high school diploma or GED, legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
