Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents live in on-campus student homes and supervise a group of approximately 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with ongoing same-household responsibilities. This role is a two-person, couples-based position on a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle, with relocation to Hershey, PA. Skills emphasized include kid safety and wellness, event/activity planning, basic budgeting, and faith-based student engagement.
