Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School is hiring a two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparents team to reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA. The roles supervise and mentor a group of about 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. The position transitions from initial nine-on/three-off duty to a placed houseparent assignment with the same group of students. Benefits include a salary of $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple with housing and other benefits), comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement options, relocation assistance, and paid time off. Requires high school diploma or GED, ability for both spouses to be employed as a two-person team, valid driver’s license and driving certification for student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to live on campus in a structured residential setting with a Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel environment.
