Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus to supervise and support groups of 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and engagement through daily routines, medications administration, driving students to activities, planning developmentally appropriate activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a pathway to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student home; relocation included as part of benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role-models for students
- Willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA (relocation assistance provided)
- Complete individual employment applications by both spouses
