Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents role for legally married couples to reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, providing supervision, mentorship, and structured, family-like living for ~813 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The position transitions from initial nine-on/three-off duty to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires experience with youth, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans, willingness to relocate, and compliance with campus rules (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol on duty).
