Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couples) reside on-campus in Hershey, PA, providing care, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group.
