Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couples) reside on-campus in Hershey, PA, providing care, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment from both spouses who are legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old; both spouses must complete individual applications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years

- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
