Job Summary
Couples reside on campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students in a family-like home setting. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and managing household budgeting and reporting. Initially on a rotating 9-on/3-off schedule, they will transition to a placed houseparent role with a consistent student home. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; compensation includes housing and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples
- Legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license or ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
