Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, and placed-houseparent progression in student homes. Couples reside in on-campus homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent living in the same student home. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; salary per person is $44,768 (approximately $168,000 total per couple). Qualifications include youth-work experience, a two-spouse married relationship, age 27+, a valid driver’s license, and ability to lift 50 lbs; high school diploma or GED required. Both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration.
