Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (two-person team) at Milton Hershey School on-campus homes, responsible for daily supervision, mentorship, and wellbeing of 8–13 students, including medication administration, transportation to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/three-off schedule and eventual placement in a dedicated student home. Requires married couple living on campus, both spouses 27+, HS diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, and relocation to Hershey, PA; includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
