Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple sought as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include providing daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group.
