Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Youth Development Specialist role for a two-person, legally married couple at Milton Hershey School. Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for about 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students.
