Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA. Married couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a structured family-like environment. Schedule involves nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and couples who are legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older.
