Job Summary
Two-person on-site role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents at a student residence on campus. Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance to ~8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and lead developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a stable living-and-working arrangement with the same student home. Requires relocation support, on-site housing, and full benefits; must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses be 27 or older. Salary of $46,917 per person (approx. $180k total per couple with benefits).
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
