Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role on Milton Hershey School’s on-campus student homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students.
