Job Summary
Two-person married couple will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Benefits include salary of $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple), relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance options, retirement, and paid time off. Qualifications emphasize youth experience, two-year married status, age 27+, GED or high school diploma, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans; ability to lead devotional activities in a Judeo-Christian context while campus remains smoke- and weapon-free.
