Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents position at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. The role involves living in on-campus student homes with a group of approximately 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care; managing household routines and student schedules; administering medications; driving students to activities; planning developmental and recreational activities; leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel; overseeing budgeting and reporting; and transitioning to a placed houseparent role over time.
