Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role serving 8–13 students in on-campus homes; responsibilities include supervising, mentoring, medication administration, planning activities, driving students to activities, budgeting, and leading devotions/chapel. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a dedicated student-home. Relocation assistance provided; on-campus housing and benefits included. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, and able to meet physical demands; requires valid US driver’s license and willingness to certify to drive student home vans.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and chapel
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
