Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus to supervise and guide a group of approximately 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, supervision, and support. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from initial nine-days-on/three-days-off duty to a placed houseparent role living with the same student home. The role requires a legally married couple for at least two years, ages 27+, and relocation to Hershey, PA; relocation assistance and paid training are provided. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Chapel services
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
