Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent roles for married couples to reside on-campus at Milton Hershey School, providing supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting, and reporting. The position begins with a nine-on/three-off schedule, with a transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older; relocation to Hershey, PA is provided.
