Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a flexible assignment to a dedicated Houseparent during placement.
