Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time FLEX Houseparent roles for married couples are filled on Milton Hershey School’s on-campus student homes. You will provide supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of 8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. The schedule begins with a nine-day-on, three-day-off cycle before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same student group. Relocation assistance is provided, with housing, meals, and benefits included. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, be 27 or older, and have a high school diploma or GED. A valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans are required, along with a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and no alcohol on duty.
