Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents needed on-site at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples live in on-campus student homes (approx. 8–13 students per home), provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and rotate nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off before transitioning to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Eligible candidates must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, have a high school diploma or GED, hold a valid U.S. driver’s license (and ability to become certified to drive student vans), and be willing to relocate to Hershey, PA.
