Job Summary
Full-time two-person Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School, residing in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, and development for groups of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and attending Chapel, plus budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role in the same student home. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits provided; salary is $44,768 per person (totaling about $168,000 per couple with housing, meals, utilities, and more). Requirements include experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, and two-spouse married couples aged 27+.
