Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: couples reside on campus to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, mentorship, manage household routines, administer medications, drive to activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students in their own student home. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; comprehensive benefits available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement: both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
