Job Summary
Two-person, fully-sponsored Full-time Flex Houseparent roles on an on-campus student residence, where married couples live in a home with 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, transportation to activities, devotional/chapel participation, budgeting oversight, and overall wellness support. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, planning and engaging in developmental activities, leading devotions, and reporting on household operations. Initially rotating nine days on / three days off, with eventual placement into a fixed home with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, willingness to be certified to drive student vans, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus. Compensation is $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 per couple), plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires marriage to another adult who also applies separately; both spouses must complete individual applications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-spouse married for at least two years
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children in the home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
