Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in one of the student homes and supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students. They manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition into a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. The position requires a married couple, relocation to Hershey, PA, and a nine-on/three-off schedule initially, with benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement savings, paid time off, and relocation assistance. Qualifications include experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
