Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, mentorship, and supervision, administer medications, drive to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and follow a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule with a future transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students in their own home. Includes relocation with benefits and paid training; relocation assistance provided. Requires married couple with at least two years’ marriage, both spouses aged 27+, and a valid U.S. driver’s license; high school diploma or GED required; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in devotions and Sunday Chapel (proselytizing prohibited)
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism

- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
