Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on the Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and household management for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in an on-campus home. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to become certified to drive student vans, willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. This is a two-person, on-campus, full-time position with benefits including relocation assistance and paid training.
