Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist role for married couples serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on an on-campus student home. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and following a nine-on / three-off schedule with later transition to a placed houseparent in a dedicated student home. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
