Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Youth Development Specialist – a two-person, married-couple role serving as Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students in an on-campus home, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent if applicable. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
