Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Youth Development Specialist role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes guiding 8–13 students, supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning development and recreation, leading devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on, followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and age 27+.
